Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi me again can someone tell me how to change the saying in dewford I have told him hundreds of sayings but he dosnt like any of them and I want a feebas somebody help me please

Just fish for it by useing a super rod.

If you mean in the dewford town there isent a right saying you just gotta keep trying.

Well my saying at this moment is "Beatiful Beautifly". I had Cool Torchic, hot Torchic and cute torchic as well. So I suggest you try these out as well.

I found my first feebas at the river at the weather station (near fortree city) with a super rod.

Just go to the area where feebas is and use super rod. But you gotta be very patient cause feebas is rare. Took me about a week to find mine.
