On the route from fortree to lilycove there is this girl near the regi cave who gives you a berry on ruby she gave me afigy berry then on sapphire she gave me a wiki berry then I restarted sapphire and she gave me an aguav berry.
Can someone please tell me what's going on...

The berries she gives you are randomly selected so there isn't any specific berry she will give you.

Well, actually it depends on the last # of your trainer id #. Here is a list
0 - you will get [#11] FIGY BERRY
1 - you will get [#12] WIKI BERRY
2 - you will get [#13] MAGO BERRY
3 - you will get [#14] AGUAV BERRY
4 - you will get [#15] IAPAPA BERRY
5 - you will get [#11] FIGY BERRY
6 - you will get [#12] WIKI BERRY
7 - you will get [#13] MAGO BERRY
8 - you will get [#14] AGUAV BERRY
9 - you will get [#15] IAPAPA BERRY
If you keep going back to her every day, she will keep giving you a berry and they change each time.
