To get kyogre on sapphire you surf on route 128 and dive when you can. Then go into the underwater cavern entrance when you see one. Then beat team aqua whilst there. When the team magma leader uses the red orb and you escape fly to sootopolis city, go in the cave of origin, find kyogre and either:

1. Make him faint

2. Use the master ball to catch him

3. Beat him up until he's got only 1 HP left and use a dive ball (this will take 2 - 3 turns to catch him)

You catch it in the cave of origin but you have to wake him at the underwater sea caver in route 127 I think.

He is found in the Cave of Origin, Sootopolis City.

In the cave of Origin at Sootopolis city.You need dive first at Mossdeep.

Well one of the places you find it is in the cave or orgion "Spelling" thats where you can catch it.
