Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I almost have all pok�mon but I just can't get the pok�mon azurill I heard you need something called sea incense to get it , but where is that?

You need a sea incense and attached it to a maril/azumaril and breed two maril/azumaril, one boy and one girl. mt pyre

Just get a Marill and another Marill, "male and a female" and make them mate in the day care.

Fourth floor of Mount Pyre catacombs. You must fall through the holes from the top to get there.

You get the sea incense on mount prye falling down those holes inside the mnt.
