Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have two questions...

1. What is a Wailord and where can I get one
2. Qhere on the abandoned ship is the scanner

(I can't get into the rooms that are sunken )

Hi,

Wailord is the evolved form of Wailmer and you can get it on Route 129. but i searched for ages there and it was too hard to find so it might just be easyer for you to evolve your Wailmer at level 40 like i did.

As for your little problem with the sanner, sorry to say it but you have to go through the sunken parts of the ship. As far as i can remember you have to dive in one place and then you surface and solve a puzzle that envolves hidden keys and locked cabin doors...

1. Go to Mossdeep and get the Super Rod from the fisherman's house and catch a Wailmer Lv. 38 or 39. Then get it to Lv. 40 and it will evolve into Wailord.

2. To get the scanner you will need dive. To get this, when you go to Mossdeep for the first time Steven will give you Dive. You will need the Mossdeep Gym Badge to use it in the outside world. When you see the big cabin, you can only go in the back door to get the Scanner. OR you manage to find all of the keys and it is in storage but i can't remember which one. Hope you find it!

1. A Wailord is Wailmer s evoloution form, train a Wailmer to level40.

2. To get to sunken rooms use dive.
