Fallabor town, where the fossil guy lives, little kid outside of his tunnel, will give it to you, this has been asked 4 times since i've been a member, which has been only 2-3 weeks?, please try to look up the info on here b4 you go and ask away, thank you
You get it from that guy who likes fossils,I think he lives around route 114.
They're called regis! Regirock,regice and registeel. You will find it in some cave, I forgot where it is, but here's some Pokemon that could learn it, sandshrew,arron,trapinch.
There should be a person with it in the town right of Meteor Cave.
