Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is there anyway besides A/R G/S to get celebi someone told me to find a yellow oddish but were I look in every location there is for oddish and all I get is a green no yellow so if you ever found a yellow oddish can you tell me were or if there is any other way to get celebi.Thank for your time

Sorry dude there is no other way to get Celebi unless you trade with a friend.

And about Oddish,a yellow Oddish is shiny,they are very hard to find,you will be lucky to ever find one at all.

Celebi has not yet been realesed into the US without AR.

No there isn't not that im sure of and that yellow oddish is called a shiny, its like 1/9000 or higher chance to find 1, sorry.

Regardless of my opinion, someone said in another section that a shiny oddish evolves into celebi, perhaps it has to have the wish tag or something when it evolves. The wish tag is only to be available by trading for a Pokemon that has it or at some type of game convention
