No, thats wrong... The rumor is that when the man says that number 100 is about to launch, you can board the rocket ship and fly into space. It is said that you can find Jirachi and Deoxys in space, but it is not true. Sorry mate.
It says that you will find the legendary Pokemon Deoxys and Jirachi there but it is false. The only way to get those two Pokemon would be a gameshark. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it just isn't true. It was a complete waste of time to wait.
