Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey. Does any know what makes mirage island so special, besides the fact that it's almost impossible to find it. If you have been on it wheres it located and what's on it (pokemon, items, trainers)

Pokemon- just the baby of wobbefet between the level of 5-50(big range), theres a tree that contains the only berry of it's type, the liechi berry(#36 in your berry thing, raises attack in a pinch), and thats it, not much, only special thing is the berry is only there other than cheats, you can always get the Pokemon in an egg where the 4th gym leader is
