Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where is the best place to catch latias I have been running around the place for ages and where do you catch ditto too.

That had always been a problem of mine. Where I saw mine was to the left of lilycove.But the hard part about catching it is it most likely break out of ultra balls.And as soon as it breaks out it will fly to a totally different spot around the hoen region.And you can't fly to him, because for some reason it see you and fly some where else.You can only get ditto through trade from either fire red or leaf green version.

If your looking for Latias (Sapphire) or Latios (Ruby) then the best place is to look around near water. I first saw Latias just outside Sootopolis City, and when it moved, it's next location was near EverGrande City. Latias fly's a lot, and is commonly above water.
If your looking for Ditto, i'm sorry to say that I have never found one on my Sapphire of Emerald game. It could possibly be in Safari Zone (Located east of Lilycove City), but I have never spotted one. So if you know someone or have a friend that has either Leaf Green or Fire Red, get them to trade their Ditto over, because Ditto is easy to find in those games near Fucshia City, and in the Safari Zone. I hope this helps you.

What I did to catch latias is I went to Mauwille(sorry for spelling)and seen as there are four places that you can go around there it is quite easy to find him.Just keep going out and in and soon he will be in one of the four areas around there.It can get really frustrating to catch latias.I spent roughly 20.000 on ultra balls and max potions trying to catch him.Get wobbufet up to a high level 'cause he has arena trap.Then just throw balls like crazy.It will take some time.Be patient and good luck!!
