Question for Pokemon Sapphire
1. I have a Pokemon sapphire but all the name are wrong
e.g towns - titown, the town, ticity
is it a real Pokemon sapphire?
2. Where do we put the gameshark codes?

Sorry, you must have a faulty Sapphire. I don't know any of them towns? 
As for the Gameshark Codes, I also don't know. Sorry!

Nope, it's a badly done translation of the Japanese version, and it's fake. And I don't know anything about gameshark as I don't have it.

Thats weird. That same exact thing happened to my friend's Pokemon emerald. He told me his mom bought it fot him on ebay and it was in JAPANESE! So the only thing I can think of is yours would be in japanese also, so yes, your game is the real deal, just in japanese.
2.First you gotta get a gameshark then put it in the gameshark.
