I am using Sapphire and my AR has 3 categories for codes- Sapphire old (Includes regular Pokemon 'bulbasaur, charmander, mewtwo, etc') Sapphire New (Includes other PKMN 'Torchic, Sceptile, jirachi, etc') and the one with the items. The does with the pokemone does not work.
Is there anyone that has the codes for the new and old Pokemon with the master code? I would really appreciate it.

The new Pokemon show up in your PC, that might be the problem? The old ones show up in the wild anywhere, hopefully this helps, if not then I can get mine and tell you them cause my Pokemon ones work, just let me know if you need them
