Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I really need help!

I am using Sapphire and my AR has 3 categories for codes- Sapphire old (Includes regular pokemon 'bulbasaur, charmander, mewtwo, etc') and Sapphire New (Includes other PKMN 'Torchic, Sceptile, jirachi, etc') I want New because Sapphire only has certain "Regular" pokemon like Grimer.

I use one for Grovyle (eveloution stage of Trecko) and it goes to my PC box. Then, I have infinite of them! They are at random levels, so I did Kyogre and it went to level 45, Grundon to level 38, and Raquazza level 40!

I did them one at a time and each time I withdraw another one is in the PC. I try to release them but nothing happens!

Then the weirdest part comes, THEY HAVE DIFFERENT OWNERS! Grovyle has someone named AAAAAAA and Kyogre has someone named Seth, as well as Groudon-Seth, and same goes for Rayquaza. What do I do!

Everytime I do it it has different NAME, LEVEL, and different places found- like Rayquaza- victory road, Kyogre- cave of origin- Grovyle- Route 101. What do I do and thanks for helping!

The codes that give you Hoenn Pokmon in Ruby and Sapphire are supposed to force the desired Pokmon to appear in the first slot of Box 1, thereby removing any Pokmon that's already there. Everything that you described is normal of those codes.
