Go to mt. pyre.(Outside before the foggy area)

Vulpix is at Mt.Pyre (outside in the grass).

On Mount Pyre anywhere in the grass. You know, the place where you go to get the red/blue orb.

In Pokemon Sapphire you can find Vulpix at the bottom of mt pyre. To get there when you walk into the cemetary to your left and go out side and search around the bottom don't go to high or you won't find it.

You can probably find it on the way to the apex of Mt. Pyre, although that was in my Ruby Version, so I'm fairly unsure if the same rule exists in Sapphire Version.

You can find Vulpix at Mt. Pyre. When you walk in keep going left and there will be a red rug thing ... This is the door. Go through the door to the outside and go right and there will be a thin stretch of grass ... This is where you find vulpix. It took me a while to find it as I had to keep running up and down it but eventually you will find one. Hope this helps x
