Go to Pacifidlog Town and go west on Route 132 along the bottom of the current. On Routes 132 and 133, go to the lowest part of the current you can, and once you hit the sandbar that begins Route 134, run straight ahead and you'll encounter a dive spot. Use Dive and continue underwater until you find a mound. Read the inscription and resurface immediately. You'll be in the Sealed Chamber.

Go to the back of the room and use Dig in front of the inscription. The wall should open. Go to the back of the next chamber, arrange your party so that a Relicanth is in the leading position and Wailord is in sixth, and read the inscription furthest back. A tremor will occur and three doors will open.

Regirock is in the Desert; to open the wall in the back of the chamber to find Regirock, read the inscription, walk two paces right and another two down, and use Strength. Regice is on Route 105, off the sandbars with trees. Enter the chamber, read the inscription, and wait two minutes to open the wall. Registeel is on Route 120, whose chamber requires you to use Fly in the middle of the first room.

You need to unlock there chambers using Wailord and some fish that looks dead.
