Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok so if I got an eon ticket through a cheat device I have to use a cheat device to use it.
And how do I get an e-reader card.
ONE lAST QUESTION where is latios located, is it true if I use a max repel in that one place by mauville it will show.

I'm not an expert on e-readers because I don't cheat.
But since I'm assuming you play Sapphire, Latios cannot be found unless you get the Eon ticket to go to the island in which Latios is located. If you can't do that, then you must trade him from Ruby to Sapphire.
And the max repel thing isn't true.

1)No.just save your game,turn it off,take out the AR/GS and turn it back on.
2)I have no idea.
3)You find it any where after you beat the Elite 4.It's completly at ramdom.
4)No it could't be because repeals makes every Pokemon not come near you.

No you don't need a cheating device to use the eon ticket,an a e-reader card you have to buy it from a store,Latios can be found in tall grass short grass and on the water.

2. Most gaming stores sell them.

The max repel thing is so true. They don't know how one works is all. You just have to make sure your first Pokemon isn't higher than lvl40 (latios's lvl).

Latios is randomaly anywhere. And the Eon Ticket will only work if you use a enable code.
