Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is there a place where you SELL secret base stuff? Because I really want to get the glass ornement from the art museum owner.(After you fill up the museum with paintings(from master rank first place).)

You're not able to sell them, I'm afraid. You can always remove them from the Base, however.

I don't think you can get all secret base stuff, if you can it would be at the market.
