Rate my team please.
Rayquaza:Lv:100:fly,dive,extreamspeed,hyper beam

Kyogre:Lv:98:ice beam,surf,waterfall,hydro pump

Sceptile:Lv:100:leaf blade,bullet seed,slam,Quick attack

Claydol:Lv:99:ancintpower,sandstorm,hyper beam,cosmic power

Ninjask:Lv:67(working on it):slash,baton pass,aerial ace,toxic

Raichu:Lv:99:thunder,thunder bolt,slam,quick attack

4/10 is what I think. Get rid of kyogres waterfall and replace it with water spout. Sceptile doesnt need bullet seed or quick attack. Replace them with false swipe for catching Pokemon and sceptile can learn many tm moves so you should choose which. Replace claydols sandstorm and cosmic power with psybeam and maybe strength. Replace ninjask's toxic and baton pass with hyper beam and cut. your team has some good levels but they are not very strong and don't have much of a widespread of moves. Some of the moves you taught them anyways are sucky.
