Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi, I went and battled Kyogre but fainted him before I could catch him. Is there another place I can get him?

No, you can't get another one. Did you save your game after you fainted him? If you did, you can only get him by trading with someone who has a Kyogre.

No, there is no way to catch Kyogre if you kill him.

Nope. You should'a saved before you fought it, and if you were to fail, just soft-reset or switch the game off then on. Try to get the thing through a trade from another Version.
