Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I'm having a ton of problems and I need help.

1) The only Pokemon I don't have are Kingdra, Heracross, Feebas, Milotic, and Crobat. How do you get them? I can't find Feebas anywhere, no matter what cheats I use, and do you evolve Kingdra by trading him holding a King's Rock or a Dragon Scale?

2) I've heard too many rumors about the rocket station and Jirachi, and I want to know the truth. Is that true, because I've heard that rumor everywhere and I don't know whether to believe it or not. I've also heard a crazy rumor that's too long to explain, but somehow, you get Jirachi in some cave while a rainstorm is going on like when you're trying to find Kyogre.

3) Can you really get the Eon Ticket by beating the Elite Four ten times and Battle Tower (L100) ten times? I thought you could only get it through E-Reader!

4) Lastly, one of my friends told me that someone he knew said that if your game freezes up suddenly, keep pressing B and a question mark will appear, and it's Mewtwo! He claims it's a virus. I'm not sure if this is true or not, because my game has never frozen up before.

I hope you can answer these questions soon! I really need your help!

1) To get kingdra, trade it seadra with a dragon scale on it. To get heracross, go into the safari zone and go to where you find pikachu, girafarig, and heracross. To get feebas just fish on route 119 under the bridge so you can't see yourself. To get milotic evolve feebas with full beauty. To get crobat just make friends with your golbat and train it one lv.

2) Yes you can go to space but no one can prove it yet because you'd have had to played the game for over two years. And the other jirachi part is false.

3) No. The only way is by e reader.

4) It is not true. Unless my game froze up and I tied it, I can't prove him wrong. So ask your friend's friend to tell you where and when (as in how many hours he played and on what city or route) his game froze up and I'll look into that.
