Question for Pokemon Sapphire

When you activated a cheat on gameshark like a deoxys code for example.. Where would it be appear? In your pc or in the wild?

It would appear in the wild just go in the grass and try to run into it.but there are also other cheats that you can use to get Pokemon and put them in your PC,so it depends which cheat your activating. . .

If it's an encounter code, then probably anywhere in the areas you normally run into wild Pokemon. If not, then make sure Box 1, Spot 1 in the PC storage for Pokemon is empty, then check it out after using the code-it should appear there. So, it depends on what kind of code you're using-try both ways to find out if it doesn't say.
