Hi, it's me BBG_CREECAT-and I'm a chick by the way, and you are quite welcome-anytime I can help I will! (It's ok, I'm not offended or anything!). I'm glad to have helped you out, man! I hope my hints worked for you! Let me know, ok!

I dunno why you need to trade over all your pokes over to get to the E4, I'm confused by your question...do you mean to do that so you don't need to train up all new Pokemon to high levels to beat the E4? Or are you trying to fill up your National Pokedex?

You don't need anything from FR to get to the E4(orange league as you call it) in Sapphire, you just need to get the 8 badges and then get to there(Ever Grande City) and have a good enough team to beat them!

Or do you want to start your FR over again without losing your best Pokes from there?
If you're trying to fill the NationalDex, then yeah, it's a slow process, but you can trade over 6 at a time, and if you trade over ones that can be evolved, trade them over like 1 level below or higher, then you just need to train them up one level to get another spot filled!

(Ex: Seel/Dewgong-if you trade a Seel over that's level 34 or higher, then the next level it will become a Dewgong) Or if they're stone evolutions, trade them over holding the stone, and then do the evolution in Sapphire(and there's no way to buy stones in Sapphire, either!)

Plus, you don't need to keep them there to get the credit, just trade, then trade back for new ones. Even then, you'll still be missing some that you need to get from Colloseum, XD, or Emerald(like the Jhoto ones)to complete that NationalDex, unfortunately.

I hope I answered your question, since I'm not exactly sure what you wanted to know, but I'll keep checking the Sapphire Q & A in the next few days for your questions if you want to ask something else or if I misunderstood.

I have EVERY game(even the Gamecube ones!) and guides, pokedexes, an AR, etc, so I think I can answer anything you need to know, or look it up for you at least.

I'm a Pokemon nut, so I love doing this stuff, it's my pleasure to help out, really! Feel free to contact me however you want to, rockerdude 96! (And I'm a rocker myself, too-LOL!)

I'll be on the look-out for your questions!
