How do I get Chimecho someone said to spin around in circles and run back..

Hahahahahhahaahahahah! He's on top of mt.prye to the right of the orb just run around the small area of grass and he'll pop out.

There really isn't anything you can do to make Chimecho appear more easily, just search around the area for the Pokemon and it will eventually show up. See, what you were doing was something that wouldn't help at all- Chimecho is simply a rare Pokemon and nothing is going to change that unless you have AR or GameShark. You were searching on the top of Mt. Pyre, I hope.

Well everybody else said it is not important. But I heard golbats Cry in sky pillar. I held l+r and golbat apeared. If that was just luck I heard Latias's cry I held l+r and latias came.

So maybe after you hear the cry hold l+r and that pokemon will come.
And the chimecho thing. Well just listen to the people who say he is on the top of mt.pyre.

You go to mt.pyre, up to those old people go to the grass to the left of them and keep searching. It could take 20 min!

Search to the right of the orbs and train untill you find them. They're relatively common compared to other rare creatures; I can usually find them once in every batch of 20 pokemon there.
