Question for Pokemon Sapphire

1) How do I get the Sun Stone?

2) Is there a Pokemon that is hidden in the Saffari Zone becuse I hear a Pokemon cry?

The sun stone is with the sailor in the space centre(1st floor) in mossdeep city. Just talk to him and he'll give it to you.

There's no hidden pokemon when you hear a cry like that, it's normal in the game. I've heard it a million times, and nothing special happens.

For the Sun Stone, talk to the guy looking at the blueprint in the Space Station, the one below the guy who tells you how many rockets have been launched.

The cries you hear are plain normal; somehow I think they are part of the music, but but nothing special will happen.

You hear a cry whenever a really rare pokemon enters the area.
Like when I heard a cry between Vendanturf and Mauville I walked into the grass and out popped Illumise-on Sapphire!
The same also happened to me with Minun just down to Mauville.
