Question for Pokemon Sapphire

HI
Two questions
1. When or how do you evolve selgon and lombre
2. How do you get to sky piller and mirage island

1) To evolve Shelgon you must train it to level 50, it will evolve into salamence. For Lombre, you a water stone and it will evolve into Ludicolo.

2) Sky Pillar - You must have completed the Pokemon league, then go to the right of paciflidog town. Stay to the top of the screen and you will start to see the rocks decreasing. Follow them up and you'll be on a route which leads you to the Sky Pillar.
For Mirage island, it is completely random. It is to the right of Paciflidog, and randomly appears.

1. I think you meam Shelgon and it evolves into Salamence at level 50. Luckly, I traded from Pokemon XD: Gale of darkness to get one fully evolved Salamence at level 50. With Lombre, you need to use a water stone to get it to evolve.

2. I forgot the name of the city, but it's the one built on water. Surf east near the rocks until you find a break between them. And for mirage island, start at the same town and go to every house until you see a man looking through a window. He will say, "I can't see Mirage island today." if it's not there so don't bother. If he says it's there, go east.

1. Lombre evolves with a Water Stone. Shelgon evolves at level 50.
2. You have to beat the Elite 4 in order to get to the Sky Pillar. Mirage Island appears randomly, so you'll never know when it comes out.
