Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I've been trying to get to the moon and catch Deoxys and Jirachi, I have 9999 rocets launched and only 54:48 of gameplay. So how do I get to the moon?

Also I read on this website that you can get get bronze, silver, and gold trainer cards, how do you get them?

Please help, thanks!

Well the moon question - sorry its never going to let you in the moon.

But, yes its true you can get bronze silver and gold.

Bronze = get 200 pokemon and go to the lilycove motel. Talk to the guy upstairs who is sitting alone in the bottom left corner.

Silver = beat the battle tower 100 times

Gold = beat all pokemon contests and something else that I forgot.

Listen, did you see my other entries on this site? Have you fought the Elite Four yet? I think what your talking about is real, because Jirachi and Deoxys are related to outer space by complicated means that I would rather not have to type all over again for the 4th time...

Listen, to launch rockets, I think you have to beat the Elite Four. Yes, yes, I know your thinking "But I have launched 9999 rockets and that is the limit!", but all I ask is that you try beating the Elite Four and see just how many rockets you have to launch, if this is a real code, because somehow I believe the rocket count will start at 1 again. Personally, I don't think this code can be found by plaing your game for a certain amount of time, really. Otherwise, if you don't think my idea will work, then answer your question regarding if you fought the Elite Four and your results in doing so, along with other info so I can help you out.

You need latios/latias at level 67, the go talk to the guy and his number should be 67 hen you get to the moon and catch dexoys.
Jirachi is a completly different thing.
