To get Espeon, make Eevee evolve during the day, to get Umbreon make Eevee evolve during the night.

You need to have the national poke dex and if you want Espeon you need to train your Pokemon during the day make your Eevee happy,if you want Umbreon train it during the night and make your Eevee happy. Also you might not need the national poke dex but i'm sure you do but get the national poke dex first just in case.

Hope I help

To get Espeon, you have to evolve an Eevee during the day.

Okay, so you have Pokemon Sapphire. You luckily (thanks to the makers of this game) have a clock for the night, and the day. Okay, so, if you want an Espeon, you MUST train an average Eevee during the day, since there is a CLOCK in the Sapphire game.
It's a different story for Umbreon. Now, if you want both, you somehow have to get two Eevees. This is pretty simple if you love Pokemon. This requires a Fire Red game, or a Leaf Green game. Now, go on the Fire Red/Leaf Green game, and play through it until you get the Eevee from the old lady (I think) in the place where the Game Corner is. This process requires lots of patience, and strong Pokemon. Also, it requires a Cable Link, which connects to one GameBoy Advance, to the other, with the other game in it. Once you get this Eevee, use the Cable Link (you MUST have two GameBoy Advances: This will NOT work for DS's), and trade over the Eevee you got from Fire Red/Leaf Green. Hopefully you have two GameBoy Advances to do this.
Once the Eevee is traded over, wait until it's nighttime, then train your Eevee until it evolves into the strong Umbreon. Now you have Espeon and Umbreon!
P.S. If this doesn't work for you, and if it is way too confusing, then I'm sorry. I'd suggest looking it up on a different site if you don't understand.
I hope I helped in my own, ahem,...sort of confusing way.

Or you could just breed evee...itll take longer to raise because you can't have vs recorder in it but if you really want espeon or umbreon do it! :3 btw they are both great Pokemon hope you enjoy!!

Well I have yet to make an espeon or umbreon but my friend has traded me a lvl 100 umbreon, so I'm just trying to get the espeon but an easyer way to get more than one eevee is to go on fire red or leafgreen and catch a dito and when you get eevee in firered/leafgreen take them to the daycare and you will eventually get an egg and that egg will be an eevee.
