Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Listen! Listen, listen, LISTEN!

This is Darkboarder_77, and I know a ton of you answered my question about the Action Replay, so thanks, but I have the correct (m) codes, and I do have the (m) code on!

My prob is, do I enter all the codes at once, or one code at a time? See, the internet page where I found these PC codes had pictures of Jirachi and Deoxys on their status screens, but I was quite surprised to see that at the bottom of their screens, it said (met: Route 116). Funny thing is, there isn't a PC on Route 116. Also, which box are the Pokemon supposed to appear in? Do I have to change the name of the code?

All I know is that you should just use one code at a time.
