Question for Pokemon Sapphire

This is my first submission so here it goes.

How on Earth do you speed up the number of succesful launches so that I could go on the moon? Don't tell me that I have to beat the elite four because I did that and it remained at 8 launches.

Also I found a eon ticket in my bag I didn't use the Action Replay it just showed up there. What shall I do? If you have the answer to both these questions please include details.

How did you get a eon ticket!!! What did you do to get it! Anyways, you can use it to ride the ship to the southren islands. You can find latios in sapphire and latias in ruby there.

Listen to me, Darkboarder_77. What I meant by "never again" was exactly that. You cannot get any more Eon Tickets after the first, except possibly with Action Replay, Gameshark, or the like, because it will not accept ANY Eon Tickets anymore. One Eon Ticket, one trip, no more Eon Tickets, period. And don't even think about using another Eon Ticket Card. Now I want an apology from you (joke!).

Or was that Eon Ticket a glitch? If it is a glitch, it is possible that it is not valid.
