How do you get to fortree city?

First of all, Start at Mauveville City.
Go east onto route 118 and cross the water.
Then, get across the tall grass and go north to route 119. (Read the sign If needed.)
Walk straight through the REALLY TALL GRASS. (Some people mimic your moves 
Walk north past the house onto the Stairs.
Follow the path until you arive at the weather institute
Go east and follow the path.
Sooner or later, you'll end up at fortree city,

You need to surf right from Mauville city. Then go up and you'll come to long grass. Just make your way through it all and you'll soon come to Fortree.
