Can someone tell me how to get all the regi pokemon. Please answer in steps.

On route 132 surf along until you reach the only place you can dive. Dive there. Where you find some braille use dive again and you will be in a cave. At the top of the room use dig and the wall will break.

Have a Relicanth at the front of your party and a Wailord at the back.

At the top of the room read the Braille and there will be an earthquake. Now you can get the three regi.

Near the safari zone there will be a ruin. And you can now go inside it use Fly in the room and you will be able to go to the next room which contains Registeel.
At the very south of the desert above mauville. There is a ruin go to the center of the room. Move two steps up and two steps right then use strength and you will be able to go to the next room which contains Regirock.

On route 105 there is an island on the west side with a cave. Stand on the center tile on the north wall and press A and wait.

Wait for around 5 minutes don't do anything and then you will be allowed to enter the next room which contains Regice.
