Tell me the easy way of finding Feebas.

I have every pokemon besides him and Milotic.

I know the exact stop to get a Feebas. To get him go to Fortree City and keep on going down to Route 119 until you get to the first waterfall you see. Climbe up the waterfall, when you stop at the top of the waterfall do nothing. Go to the right backward and fish with the super rod and you'll find a Feebas.

There is no easy way of finding Feebas. You just fish in the water around Fortree, and if you're lucky, you'll find it. It is very rare.
