I need help I can't capture rayquaza I keep on killing him or all my Pokemon faint

Keep putting him to sleep, or use a master ball if you have one. If not just do something to stop him attacking you and just get him in red, the longer the battle lasts the easier it becomes to capture him with a Timer ball.
Raise your Pok�mon to higher levels. Have many Ultra Balls and some Timer Balls. If the battle takes a long while, use the Timer Ball.
Try getting it down to 1 HP and then paralyzeing it or puting ti to sleep then use a utra ball or use a master ball.
