Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Action replay *max*

I have an action replay max for gba / ds, why do not many of the codes written in action replay section work? Is there a different set of codes for the *MAX* version?
If so what are they ?

I think the MAX version is an older version so it does not have the codes on here. I may be wrong but that's what I think.

It's a different type of Action Replay, so it will need different codes.
