Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi, it's me again, I'm pretty new to this website and I have so many questions.
Well here goes!
1-how do I get to mirage island?
2-is there a non cheating way to get Mew in fire red?
3-how do I get celebi in sapphire or fire red?
4-i have beaten the elite four 6 times so...now what do I do?

Hey, thanks to whoever can answer this...i really need help.

1. By luck, it is right of paciflidog and is very rare.

3. Use action replay.
4. Level up your Pokemon and get five stars on your pokedex

1. It depends on what Pok�mon you have with you. It is all different and random each day and every game.
2. Trading.
3. Trading or a cheat device.
4. Go to the Battle Tower and try to beat the trainers 50 and 100 times in a row. You can also try to raising all your Pok�mon.
