Yo I am so happy I just caught a LATIOS this what you do if you want to share the glory with me.You first beat the Pokemon league then go to your moms house (in the game). It will say something about a flying pokemon. After that hopefully you saved your Masterball, me I used my AR masterball codes anyway just go to route 118 east of manivulle surf over that water and he or she should be the first pokemon to encounter you.

No thats not completely true she is found randomly and besides this isn't much of a question.
Latio is found randomly thourghout the game so it wont always appear when you go over there. You should have posted it in the hints section anyway.
