Question for Pokemon Sapphire

What level does seadra evolve into kingdra? I have it holding a dragon scale, but it takes FOREVER for it to gain a level.

If seadra is holding the dragon scale trade it with a friend and have them trade it back to you it should have evolved when your friend gets it on his/her gba

You have to trade your seadra that holding a dragon scale so that can evelved.

You must first evolve it into a seadra then give it a dragon scale (if you have one)then trade wuth a friend and then get it back and tadaa you have a KINGDRA :D
