Question for Pokemon Sapphire

My pokedex only went up to 200 even when I had jirachi and deoxys but now I got the national dex and it only showed 384 and jirachi and deoxys were not there please help me fix it by submitting stuff because I have all 386 it just shows 384 so please help me.

Its becaus eyou are missing the two new unknown. The ! unknow and ? unknown. Only available to be caught in firered and leafgreen.

Hah... the National Dex... I've heard of that, as well as the 386 Pokemon in the game, which are Pokemon from the previous Versions. Perhaps it was bad timing. You may need to catch the two again, or maybe you can see if you can change the PokeDex type.
