What hoen Pokemon can't you catch in sapphire but you can only catch in ruby and emreld?

Only on Ruby: Seedot, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Mawile, Zangoose, Solrock, Latios, and Groudon.

The ones which can't be caught in Sapphire are Seedot, Nuzleaf, Zangoose, Mawile, Solrock, Shiftry, Latios and Groudon.

You are correct but you can catch a solrock just look in meatior falls

I don'tknow about Emarald but in Ruby-sedot, nuzleaf, Mawile, Kangoose, Solrock, Latios, and Groudon

Seedot can be caught after you beat the Pokemon league....after beating them,you must watch TV in your room...it will say there are rare Pokemon in route 117...
