Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is there any item I can buy to raise the accuracy of an attack other than X ACCURACY?
How can I go to mirage island?

No there isn't. You can get attatchable Items to lower the accuracy of your opponents but nothing else can do it.

Only X Accuracy can do that. Your Pok�mon aren't suppose to hold it. You give it in battle.
The chance of you getting to Mirage Island are very low...

Go right to Paciflidog town but there is a very small chance it will be there, you have to be very lucky.
