Question for Pokemon Sapphire

What is the scorched slaband ?

How do I get to it ?

I always see it on the map but I can't get there and it is starting to tick me off please some one help me please!

Go to where it shows on the map then look for water and surf all the way down. There will be a secret cave. The Scorched Slaband is just a cave that I think leads to only an item. It's probably usefull but I did that such a long time ago that I forgot what the item is. I'm only 100% sure that the location is right.

You go to the right of Fortree city and go down word past the grass. You will see a place to surf. Do it. There will be a cave, enter and your in.

Go to the right of fortee, look for a cave I think you have to surf. When yu find it there is an item in there, I won't spoil the suprise for you.
