I know where Jirachi is, Jirachi is ON THE MOON.

I never got there before, but I don't know who Solarbeam is......

G Master 12 is off target on the Lilycove Department Store, and I don't believe that Jirachi is found on the moon, but since I have no evidence, I'm not saying they're wrong.

Solarbeam, I think, is found in the Safari Zone, and to counter G Master's submission, the last on the list at the Lilycove Department Store on the offensive TM list is actually Hyper Beam, and it costs $7500. But if you're considering Groudon, it learns it at level 65.

Solarbeam is in the Safari Zone, up the mud slope(need a Mach bike) and across the small lake.

Jirachi is only accessable off of "Poke'mon Colliseum" after all of the Shadow Poke'mon are returned to normal(don't ask).
