I can find the gyms in Dewford, Rustboro, and Manuville but I can't find..

Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I can find the gyms in Dewford, Rustboro, and Manuville but I can't find the fourth gym I have searched everywhere please help!!!!

It's in Lavaridge town. You need to go through the fiery path then down the jagged pass to get there.
