Does anyone know how to get a Pokemon that knows dig !

Nincada learns it at like level 43. Thats the only Pokemon I know that can learn it without the tm. Diglett isn't in this game. Btw don't let it evolve, because nincada learns it not it's evolution.
If you picked mudkip marshtomp or swampert should learn it tell me if this isn't true
Trapinch and Nincada are the only ones who learn it without trading. Mudkip/Marshtomp/Swampert only learn it through TMs.
