Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have been to all the places except the seven islands,birth island,Pacifidlog town,Evergrande City,Mossdeep City and Sootopolis City.
I have six badges and six HMs.I need to know how to get to Sootopolis,Mossdeep,Evergrande or Pacifidlog without using dive.I cannot find this Hm anywhere.Please help!

Never mind,I've just defeated the elite four and gotten to all the islands.
I still need to know how to get to birth island,though.
My friend found a blue Mew there!

To get to mossdeep surf east from lillycove battle the gym you can get dive Somwere on mossdeep then surf about half way down then a tiny bit west.

Use the Dive you get from mossdeep swim around under water untill you find a cave, go in It then use dive again to rise from the water and then your at sootapolis.

You can't Battle the gym leader untill you you get the red or blue orb go to were you find Groudon or kyger after beating the gym get waterfall can't remember where you get it.

If you find it fly to mossdeep an surf all the way down you might get lost from The rocks.

Go east a bit untill you find a waterfall use waterfall to get up it and then your at evergrande then all you have to do is find your way through victory road.
