Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I NEED HELP!!!
Ok...i beat the elite four and have Rayquaza and Latias. They both have the pokerus...all I know about that is that it's a virus. Is it good, or bad?

How do I get the three regis? I was told to get a Relicanth and Waillord and do all this stupid stuff, but how do you really get them?

I also don't know where to get Bagon...it is in meteor falls, but how do I go farther in the stinkin' cave!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Pokerus is awesome. It doubles the amount of Effort Values your Pokemon earn.

The 'stupid stuff' is actually the only way to get the regis. For a better explanation, get Prima's Official strategy guide.

It lists how to get every Pokemon in the game, even Bagon!!!

Pokerus?
To get Bagon,
Go to meteor falls and climb the waterfall
Go through that door and down the ladder
Follow that path to another ladder
Go past(or battle)the old couple and up the steps
Pass dragon tamer nicolas
Stay to the left and hop down 6 of the ledges and go down the ladder (if you pass the 7th ledge you will be at step 2)
Go down the steps and surf to the top door (the bottom door will lead you to a useful PP up)
Grab the tm and run around the room,Bagon should be in that room
