Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you repair the holes in the floor on the old abandoned ship
I've already got the floor boards but it's stored on my decoration computer
PLEASE help ASAP.

You cannot repair the boards. You have to dive where it is possible and go through the water.

You use those in secret bases where there are hole, you can't cover those holes up sorry.

Yes it is stored in your decoration PC because it to repair the holes in your secret base, not in the abandoned ship.
If you repair the holes in your secret base you can go to the other side of your secret base.
In abandoned ship there's nothing that you need too much, the best things you get there are these:
Dive ball
Scanner - trade it for deepseatooth or deepseascale(not sure in names)
And some trainers...

You can't fix the holes. The floorboards are only for secret bases, incase it is one of them with a hole in it.
