Do you have to save over your old game to save a new one? I messed up big time by killing Kyroge and I like to travel around for a reason. Then I acciedently released a shiny pokemon! :( Also, is there any way to breed Latias without Latios? I want another without trading!

Yes you have to save over your old game to save a new one. You can't breed latias even with latios unless you use a cheat or something (i wouldn't know because i'm the noncheat-all-me-all-the-way kind of person) hope I helped.
Well if you want to have kyogre then yes you need to start over but if you saved before going to battle with him then no. And no you can't breed latias with latios because they are brother and sister.
