I want to have salamence and milotic

Where can I find this pokemons. I try almost hundred times and I can't find those plz help me find it

For milotic you need a few bad which you get in the safari zone. Then get it's beauty as high as possible. Then it will evolve in nilotic. Salamanca I don't know tho
