How to get into the team aqua hideout

I didn't see the master ball so I went out of their hideout. Now I want to go back in and I can't. Is there a way I can go back in?

Unfortunately, it's not going to possible. The Master ball was located with the nugget. If it opens up later I am not sure but I don't think it does.
